Order-Ready Text Notifications

How Schef's Farms uses SMS to let you know your food is ready for pickup.

How it works (opt-in)

When you place an order at a Schef's Farms location or food trailer, our staff enters your order in our pickup system (Steel-Orders) and asks for your mobile number. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on the order screen, you agree to receive a one-time SMS text message notifying you when your order is ready for pickup.

This is a transactional, customer-care message only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

What the consent looks like at order time

Below is the consent shown on the order screen when staff collects your number:
