Program description

The Schef's Farms order-ready SMS program sends you a one-time text message to notify you when your food order is ready for pickup. This is a transactional customer-care program. No marketing messages are sent.

Opt-in

You opt in by providing your mobile number at the time of ordering and agreeing (by checking the consent box on the order screen) to receive order-status texts from Schef's Farms.

Message frequency & cost

• Message frequency: one (1) message per order placed.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.

Opt-out & help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact Schef's Farms staff for help.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms; the latest version is posted on this page.
